Whose name is the domain in?

Yours. We register a .com domain for your business and you own it. Already have a domain? We use that one.

How does hosting work?

Hosting and SSL are included. Monthly: included while your subscription is active. One-off: year 1 included, then a yearly renewal. Pro: year 1 included, then a yearly renewal.

How do I change the site later?

Just WhatsApp us. Send new text or photos and we update the site within 2 working days. The number of edits depends on your package.

How can I pay?

DuitNow QR or bank transfer. Nothing to pay until you approve the preview.

How long until my site is live?

Your preview is usually ready by the time we contact you. Once you approve it and send your materials (photos, menu, prices), the site goes live within 3 working days.

Am I locked in?

Your domain and content belong to you, so you can move whenever you like. The Monthly plan has a 3-month minimum. After that, tell us on WhatsApp before your next bill to stop.

Where did you get my business details?

From public business listings such as Google Maps. We use business details only, to build your preview. Not interested? Just tell us: we delete your preview and won't contact you again. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.
