SiapSite Essential is RM99 a month for a 1-page website we build, host and update for you. This page sets out what that price includes, the minimum term, the refund, what happens if you stop, and what it does not include. Every line comes from our price list and our Terms of Service.

Paying once is RM699: 50% after you approve the preview and 50% after go-live, then RM299 a year from year 2, which covers hosting, your domain and 12 edits a year. The 30-day refund applies to the monthly plan.
What RM99 a month does not include
- More than one page, three languages, Google Business Profile setup and a Google review QR card: these come with Pro at RM149/month.
- An online shop or a booking system: Premium, from RM299/month, scoped with you.
- Google Business Profile setup with a Google review QR card: an add-on at RM249.
- An extra language: an add-on at RM99.
- New pages or a redesign after launch: quoted separately.
- Unused edits: they do not carry over to the next month.
Before you sign up anywhere: questions to ask
Monthly website plans in Malaysia differ more than their prices suggest. On 26 October 2026, Exabytes listed a one-page plan from RM75.90 a month plus a RM900 setup fee, and KNF Studios a basic plan at RM89 a month with a custom domain and maintenance. Whichever you choose, ask:
- Is there a setup fee, and what is the minimum term?
- Whose name is the domain in, and can I take it with me?
- How many edits a month are included, and how fast are they done?
- What happens to the site and the domain if I stop paying?
- Can I see my own site before I pay?

- One round of small tweaks is free. Nothing to pay until you approve the preview.
- Approve it, pay the first month, send your photos and details; your site goes live within 3 working days.

Questions
Is there a contract?
The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum. After that you can stop by telling us on WhatsApp or by email before your next billing date.
Do I own the website?
You own your content and your domain. Once you have paid in full, you can ask for a copy of your website files.
What if I am not happy?
Before you approve the preview you pay nothing. Paying monthly and it is not right for you in the first 30 days? Full refund.
What does Pro add?
Pro, at RM149/month or RM1,490 once (then RM399/year from year 2), adds up to 5 pages, three languages, Google Business Profile setup and a Google review QR card.
